When I learned that a friend of mine was interested in selling their place on the beach at a low price, I just about fell over myself when I asked if she would be willing to sell it to me. She is very wealthy, and she feels that she does not need to sell things at high prices anymore. After I attended the official closing day for the purchase of the house, I was elated. I had always wanted a place close to the beach. Most people can only dream of something like that. I had such big plans, and I could not wait to move in.
